Enjoy local cuisine at country lunches on our flowering routes

Our Route #1, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., allows you to savour tapas and traditional products from Cieza in the country lunches we prepare at the Peach Interpretation Centre.

Visitors will gain strength mid-morning with this lunch of grilled homemade sausage, Murcian salad, Cieza olives, pumpkin zarangollo and homemade apricot and peach jam with homemade bread.

For those who want to enjoy a complete experience in their visit to the Cieza Bloom we recommend our Route #1 (http://floraciondecieza.com/floracion-experience). It lasts about five hours, and you have to get up a little early because it starts at 9am, but it is well worth it. It is a route with a perfect combination of the visual beauty of the flowering of Cieza, the gastronomic pleasure of tasting tapas and traditional products in your country lunch, and being able to discover the Moorish paradise of the Ricote Valley.

Between 11 and 12 in the morning, after our specialist guide has taken us to the sites and viewpoints in bloom, visitors usually arrive at the Cieza Peach Interpretation Centre where, as a resting point for the excursion and with a picnic with tables and chairs for everyone, the best country lunch is offered.

You can cool off with a beer while eating our homemade sausages, longanizas and chorizos grilled in our wood-burning stove; try the famous Mollar olives from Cieza that are only grown in this area; sample Murcian salad and Moorish pumpkin zarangollo. And as the icing on the cake, spread homemade bread with artisanal jams made with peaches and apricots that we grow ourselves on the farm.

A top quality supply that will give you enough energy to continue enjoying the excursion through the Ricote Valley to Ojós.
