TAX DATA AND SALES AND CANCELLATION/RETURN POLICY
1.- Prior information
These general contracting conditions (hereinafter, the "general purchasing conditions"), together with the specific conditions that may be established, regulate the relations between the company SOLUCIONES AGROMARKETING SL (trade name EXPERIENCIAS TURÍSTICAS) and third parties (hereinafter, the "CLIENTS") in order to obtain products and activities offered through the online sales website. www.floraciondecieza.com.

These general conditions have been drawn up in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on information society services and electronic commerce.
The online purchase of any activity or product implies acceptance of these general purchasing conditions, as well as the express, full and unreserved acceptance of all the general purchasing conditions published by EXPERIENCIAS TURÍSTICAS at the time the Client accesses the online sales website.
Orders can be placed in Spanish and English.
If the Customer agrees with the content of the general purchase conditions, he/she must click on the button marked “I agree to the Terms & Conditions”. Otherwise, he/she will not be able to continue with the purchase process.
2.- Nature of the online sales website
The online sales website is intended for end consumers, within the meaning of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, for the Client's own consumption or that of persons on whose behalf the Client is legally authorised to act.
The Client declares that he/she is of legal age and has sufficient legal capacity to contract and bind himself/herself with EXPERIENCIAS TURÍSTICAS in accordance with these general purchasing conditions. The Client expressly and without exception accepts that access to and use of the online sales website is carried out under his/her sole and exclusive responsibility.
TOURIST EXPERIENCES reserves the right to unilaterally modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of the online sales website, as well as suspend access to it temporarily or permanently.
3.- Online sales operations
3.1.- Procedures to make any acquisition
TOURIST EXPERIENCES informs that the procedures to make any tourist route reservation are those described in these general purchase conditions, as well as any others that are indicated during the reservation process.
3.2.- Activities, products and prices
The purpose of the online sale of TOURIST EXPERIENCES is the sale of certain activities and products marketed by TOURIST EXPERIENCES through the Internet on the occasion of the Cieza Flowering Festival.
TOURIST EXPERIENCES informs that all prices published on the online sales website are in euros and all applicable taxes are included.
TOURIST EXPERIENCES reserves the right to unilaterally modify, at any time and without prior notice, the prices of activities and products, as well as to suspend or cancel their sale temporarily or permanently.
3.3.- Purchase
TOURIST EXPERIENCES guarantees the existence of free units and places in the activities offered on the website.
Following the established purchasing process, the Client must identify himself by filling out the corresponding form with his personal data necessary for the development of the purchase after having selected the desired activities and/or products, the people for whom he is registering, as well as other information necessary for each product. He will have to make a reservation payment that will depend on the activity/product; the amount to be paid will be automatically calculated in the reservation form. The process will end by making the reservation payment by bank transfer, credit or debit card or PayPal.
3.4.- Delivery
Once the purchase process is completed, the CUSTOMER will receive an email confirming the reservation request, which will include the selected activities and/or products so that the CUSTOMER can print it.
This document will be exchanged for the product or tickets corresponding to the activity on the day of the activity once the remaining outstanding amount has been paid in cash.
3.5.- Shipping costs
There are no shipping costs.
3.6.- Place of conclusion of the contract
It will be understood that the purchase is made at the registered office of TOURIST EXPERIENCES.
4.- Returns and cancellations
The reservation fee will not be refunded under any circumstances. In the event of inclement weather or due to personal reasons or illness of the CLIENT, the place will be reserved for the activity on another day with available places and if this is not possible in that season, for the following year.
In any case, you must inform TOURIST EXPERIENCES by sending an email to: floracion@agromarketing.es indicating the name and surname of the group leader, date of the activity and number of people.
5.- Billing and payment methods
For those customers who request an invoice for the purchase made, please note that, in accordance with Royal Decree 1496/2003, of November 28, which approves the Regulation governing billing obligations, the deadline for issuing invoices will be the 16th of the month following the month in which the purchase was made.
For greater security, TOURIST EXPERIENCES informs that the bank details will not be registered in any of its computer applications and will only be used to collect payment from the bank.
6.- Data protection
TOURIST EXPERIENCES maintains a confidentiality policy regarding the personal data provided online by its Clients, and is committed to protecting it. This protection extends to everything related to the collection and use of information provided over the Internet.
In this regard, TOURIST EXPERIENCES guarantees, under the terms established in the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union of 25/05/2018, that it will treat the personal data of its Clients confidentially, as well as that the server in which they will be stored and processed has the necessary security measures to prevent access by unauthorized third parties.
To this end, EXPERIENCIAS TURÍSTICAS also guarantees that it has adopted the appropriate technical and organisational security measures in its facilities, systems and files, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, which approves the security measures applicable to files containing personal data and other implementing regulations. However, EXPERIENCIAS TURÍSTICAS may provide the competent public authorities with personal data and any other information contained in its files when so requested, in accordance with the legal and regulatory provisions applicable in each case.
In compliance with the provisions of the GDPR, customers are informed that their data will be included in the file called "customers list" of TOURIST EXPERIENCES, with the exclusive purpose of managing the purchase and sale.
The client has the option to exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by writing an email to floracion@agromarketing.es, or by post to its registered office at Calle José Marín Camacho, 20, 30530 Cieza (Murcia), indicating in the subject: "Exercise of GDPR rights".
7.- Applicable law and jurisdiction
The general conditions of this legal notice and any other contractual text on this website shall be governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute arising from access to and use of this website and its contents and services, as well as the interpretation and compliance with these general conditions and any other contractual text of this website, shall be subject to the courts and tribunals of the domicile of EXPERIENCIAS TURÍSTICAS. In the event that the user resides abroad or is a company that is not considered a user according to current legislation, the parties shall expressly submit to the courts and tribunals of the city of Cieza (Spain).
