The celebration of the I Congress <\/a><\/span>Stone Fruit<\/span><\/a> of the Region of Murcia, which will be held from 4 to 6 March 2016 in the capital of Murcia, will offer attendees the opportunity to enjoy the spectacle of the flowering of Cieza, coinciding with the dates of the peak of flowering in our fields.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is the first congress of its kind to be held in the Region of Murcia, and will be a unique opportunity to bring together the entire fruit and vegetable sector related to stone fruit.<\/span><\/p>\n

The congress has the support of the Department of Agriculture of the Region of Murcia, and this was stated by the Director of Agro-Food Production and Markets, Fulgencio P\u00e9rez, to its organizers, the company Agromarketing, with whom he held a meeting last week to learn the details of the event.<\/span><\/p>\n

Technical presentations and gastronomic and tourist events with the flowering in the background.<\/span><\/h2>\n

The Congress will take place over a weekend, during which experts, producers, marketers and distributors will meet to discuss differentiation, marketing, problems and advances in the sector, among other aspects.<\/span><\/p>\n

Technical and scientific presentations will be given, which will be an unbeatable opportunity to publicise the peculiarities of stone fruit from the Region of Murcia, which is not in vain the second largest producer in Spain. <\/span><\/p>\n

The Congress has the institutional support of the Autonomous Community<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

But in addition, the congress will host gastronomic and tourist events with the aim of allowing participants to learn about the <\/span>Floraci\u00f3n de Cieza<\/span><\/a>, with which the dates will coincide, which will be an incentive for the more than 400 expected attendees, and an opportunity to promote our flowering even more.<\/span><\/p>\n

Any excuse is good to visit La Floraci\u00f3n de Cieza, and this Congress is one more, which is sure to delight participants.<\/span><\/p>\n
